Rick picked the perfect time to go on vacation. There's no better time to be inside, in the air conditioning than during a record-breaking heat wave. Unfortunately, his beautiful young neighbor finds herself without power, and he can't bear to see her sweltering in her mobile home that way.
Once she spends the night, there's an entirely different kind of sweltering going on.
