Got the layout and some of the coding done for the newsletter subscription page.  Only the really complicated coding that actually adds and removes subscriptions is missing LOL

 

When it's finished, you'll click the "subscribe" button above the site banner of your choice ( only Lit's is visible in the screen cap, but Lush and SOL have banners below where the screen cuts off ) and it will subscribe you to the list.

 

From that point on, the only button that will appear is the "unsubscribe" button for the site you've chosen to sign up for, and you'l see the animated check mark + the text indicator that you're subscribed to the list.  Clicking the unsubscribe button will remove you from that mailing list, and also open up all the subscription options once again, should you change your mind.

 

What's going to be difficult about this is that I'm using the same mailing list database for this and the newsletter for Darkniciad/LesLumens, even though they're completely separate.  The Dark mailing list currently deletes the user from the mailing list database if you unsubscribe from all lists.  I'll have to change that, because someone may be signed up for an RR list, but removed all subscriptions to the Dark newsletter.  I don't want to delete the user in that case.

 

Vice-versa for the RR newsletter.

 

It will probably be a while before this goes live, because I'll want a decent amount of uninterrupted time to go over this code with a fine-tooth comb, and I don't want to burn up too much writing time to do that.  It will be the next time I have a "blah" day.  I wanted to get the layout and the basics done so that when I am ready to code, I can jump right in and check the results on a page that will look exactly like the final product.
