Dan is at a crossroads in his life, trying to decide what kind of man he'll become. It doesn't help that a nosy reporter is snooping around, sure that he's found a story about Dan's family embezzling from the conservation groups they support.
Little does he know that the real secret of Dan's family - that they spring from the bloodline of a dryad - would be a far greater scoop.
