You want a roadmap, -Master-Ren-66-? How about where I first announced my story “Heart-shaped Box” at Literotica as part of the Valentine’s Contest? This is the story dallas claims to be his under the title “The Stockclerks” or something of that nature.

If you dig back in the blog a little more, you’ll see that I was talking about it long before that.
You’ll find the story posted on Literotica here:

A few days later, after giving it some exclusive time on Lit for the contest, I also posted it to Storiesonline and Lushstories.

Here, you’ll find the listing of my work. You might note the following at the top of the page:
“This is the place to find the stories I’ve written. If you find my work anywhere besides the sites linked to on these pages ( especially a paysite! ) then please let me know, as it is posted without my permission.”
http://www.darkniciad.com/reject_reality/rr_work
You also might notice that fetlife is not included among the sites where I say that I’ve posted the story. That means it was posted without my permission. Not to mention the obvious title change, a lazy man’s way of hiding what he did. If you read the story, you’ll see that the actual title ( mine ) figures into the text of the story. His barely relates to it.
If you need any further proof that I’m the actual author of the story, I’ll be glad to post a comment on my own story to that effect on Literotica, where you can see it plain as day.
Anyone still supporting this liar and thief really needs to get a clue.
Once again, fetlife members may feel free to link to, screenshot, or copy this blog post as they please for posting at fetlife.
Edit: It seems the liar also copied my story “Good Will” which can easily be located through the “My Stories” page linked above. Nice to be appreciated, but it’s even better to be credited for your work.
Hey, thanks for keeping up on this. If you’re so inclined you might consider joining Fet; not only would you be able to post this directly to the people who’d otherwise probably not even click through when the link was posted, but obviously you’re somewhat inclined towards the fetishistic side of things and there are plenty of groups that would appreciate your work, and definitely NOT claim it as their own. Probably. Most likely.
I actually did sign up, but more or less just to keep an eye on this thief.
Where he made his mistake was to start stealing from authors like me and silkstockingslover. Most of the previous stories were stolen from authors who have been inactive for several years.
Now that someone knows what he’s up to, those inactive authors can be protected by Literotica. As appropriate agents for the copyright, they can send DMCA takedown notices.
If he posts anything from Literotica ( or any of the other sites where I and my host post our stories ) again, regardless of whether the author has moved on to other things, it won’t last long.
Someone please tell him to get an editor and take some creative writing courses. I saw that “story” he posted. Anyone who read the work he stole and then reads that grammar-error riddled, dialogue-free, meandering bit of tripe can tell it doesn’t even remotely resemble the crafted and edited work he’s been stealing — whether they choose to admit it or not.
I’m just a hack porn-writer, but at least I take the time to keep my tenses straight and spell correctly. Geez!
If you’re willing to file the DCMA’s I would. He’s been deleting the threads but I imagine Fet might have some capacity to see the cached threads, at least I would hope.
If they’re not available in public, not much I can do on that front.
He got caught, deleted it all, and then blamed it on the moderators.
Classic troll. He’s there for no other reason than to stir up trouble.
Sad thing is, if he’d posted any of my stuff with a link back to the original location, my website, twitter, facebook, or anything, I’d have ignored it. I consider that free advertising, whether I’ve authorized it or not.
It’s claiming it as his own that I have a problem with.
( Not all authors see it that way )
